Weekly Activities Planning Sheets
The Weekly Activity sheets list all the fixtures, grouped week by week. They are
used by the League or Divisional Organizer (a separate sheet is issued for each division where a League has more than one).
Fixtures are arranged so that each team plays every other team twice
during the season, once at Home, once Away.
Provision is made to leave weeks with No league activity. These
may allow for Public Holidays, Cup or KO competitions which may have to be fitted into the season.

Where a single small terrain
is shared by two teams, they will never have Home fixtures on the same
day/night. I call such teams Buddy Teams which can be two separate Clubs or
the A & B teams of a single Club (eg the two Teams from the Pig & Whistle.
Use of sheets
The Divisional Organizer normally pencils results as they arrive onto
a paper copy of the Weekly Activity Sheet.
At the end of the week he/she E-mails the weeks results to me for inclusion on the web-site.
The website Weekly Sheet is then updated to show these results. He/she can then easily check that
the website is correct to date.
