Cup Report
The Cup final was played at the Queens Head Sandy,(Phil having lost toss). A good crowd were in attendance to see the Cup holders, the Ouse, put up a good cup defence against arch rivals Engine B.

The first triple went to the home side and with a lead in the other one, hopes were high. However a half chance was seized by Phil W. and it was 1-1.

All three doubles were close, 13-11 in the first doubles to finish, gave the lead to Engine B. Andy Goodship & Matt Newis got the better of Steve Carter & Maurice to give victory to the Engine. Ouse won the last doubles to make the score closer than it might have been.

The Challenge cup final was played at the Bird In Hand Gosmore. The Bucks got off to the perfect start by winning both triples. It was always going to be tough from there for Luton C.C. but they put up a good fight winning 2 doubles but Sam Blakey & Pete Scoot came through 13-9 against Tony Wilson & Ray Meyrick to give victory to Steve Noels team.
