Typically this includes the League Constitution, its Match Rules and often
the Match report form to be used at Matches.
Constitution & Match Rules
As web-master I have nothing to do with the writing of League Constitutions
or Match Rules. It may be necessary to re-format the copy for the web. This
is particularly true where the original documants have been produced
using Word. For many reasons I run the web entirely as a series of HTML format
files. If a document has to be re-formatted it is the responsibility of the
League Committee to check that the sense has not been changed.
If new leagues would like help in formulating these documents I can
supply proposed models for modification and/or approval.
Match Report Forms
Where possible these are available on the web so that Teams can
print off copies for their own match use. Where Leagues have their own
format forms it may not be possible to place them on the web. Again,
this is true of some produced as Word Documents. Where this occurs, I
try to reproduce the essence of the form as in HTML format.
