Tracey has just asked me to deduct 10 points from the scores of The Outlaws (playing at the Robin Hood, Tonwell) because of their late reporting of matches.
At the moment I am reorganising my programs to rationalise the application of penalties applied by the various leagues. This means the current league table do not reflect this penalty but it will be applied.
I know Tracey is reluctant to start dishing out penalties! All she asks is that teams let her know the results within the time allowed by you, the League. Late reporting means the late sending of them to me, followed by lateness in their appearance on the website. When results do not arive, Tracey (Bless her cotton socks!) starts chasing around trying to find out what has happened. This is work and stress she really does not need. NB Tracey again complains that the Outlaws are late in returning their results and has asked me to deduct a further 10 points from their score. I wonder if there is someone else within the Outlaw team who would take on the simple, and hardly taxing, duty of reporting just 3 numbers to Tracey.
